I was greeted by a man who turned out to be one of the owners of the company, on a Saturday, and everything just went uphill from there. I returned on Monday, With a trade-in truck and everyone that I dealt with in the dealership, made a very pleasant experience happen. I drove away a couple hours later in an amazing 2024 Ford F150 XLT that has more bells and whistles than my SUV. My budget constraints had been met and I am a proud owner of a Ford truck for the first time in my life.
